Wedding Pictures

Here we are. Married 2 whole weeks. Time has flown and i'm having two attitudes about it. the first being "whoa...its already been two weeks!!" the second "its only been two weeks?? it feels like so much longer!"

Needless to say i love being married and its been a whirlwind of events. We are settled back in Hawaii and right back to work.

I couldn't resist posting some wedding pictures. My amazing cousin at bubba-loo photography was there on our special day. for one whole month. and i will miss him a lot. a lot a lot a lot. guess its the necessary evil to get ready for wedding bliss. 25 days apart isn't that bad right? riiiiight???

to this good looking guy. the big 3-0 looks good on him! this time next month we will both probably be wide awake in our own beds anticipating/nervous/excited about the big events to take place the next day (our wedding)!!

ONE week

whaaaaat?! where did the time go? I go home ONE week from tomorrow (sunday...today?). and then one MONTH from wednesday i get MARRIED. whaaaaaat?! this is craziness. i feel like christmas and wedding are still SO far away because i'm in hawaii and its sunny, and i went to the beach today, and its warm, and i haven't had christmas music looped on my ipod, and i haven't watched elf, or the polar express, or the sound of music, or made homemade christmas candy etc. etc. you get the point.

so because these events ARE getting so close...here is a little sneak peak of wedding details.

in other news:

chris has a birthday this week. he will no longer be in his twenties (hint hint, the big 30) and he insists that i do nothing to celebrate. uhh are you an old man already?! sheesh.

i have THREE more days of work at the PCC. i loooove the people i work with (most anyways) so that will be sad to say bye to them while i'm away BUT ohhhh man am i ready for a break. home is the perfect remedy.

i feel like i constantly have bugs crawling on me when i am trying to fall asleep. there are such thing as bed bugs here BUT i will assure you i wash my sheets regularly so i won't get them. i think i just think too much about creepy crawly things before i go to bed and it in turn gives me that creepy crawly feeling (ps...a cockroach did scurry across the wall right where my head is about a week ago. i freeeeeaked out).

excited is an understatement of how i feel about seeing the clothes hanging in my closet in california. understatement people. i hate getting dressed here because i'm sick of everything hanging in my closet. my body is in hibernate (ie hide under sweaters, jeans, boots, scarves, jackets etc) mode and hawaii does NOT afford that. whatever hawaii. i will wear boots and LOVE it in california.

i am officially a certified, legitimate TEACHER!

sunday blues

ok so i don't really have the sunday blues buuuut it IS doing a lot of this outside...

which makes me think of this...

Chris is here working (like he does every day) and i miss him (cheesy. i know.).

SO to keep myself occupied (besides using google image to make this blog) i started our wedding registry at target. talk about over.whelmed. HOLY. seriously there is SO much to look through that i quit after about 10 minutes because i didn't even know where to start.

also doubly whammy. i misssssss target SO so bad. i go to target weekly. yes weekly when i am home. its an hour away here (which is probably good for my already dwindling bank account) but seriously. i miss it.

also i have been watching waaaay too much of this show and staying up waaaay to late because of it. it's addicting. judge me. i don't care. chris totally already does. its fine.

and because i only have one more episode to catch up on, i decided to blog and am currently listening to this cd. if you don't have it...GET IT. such a good christmas cd (kinda like the nsync christmas cd that i've had since middle school that i still look forward to listening to every year).

and i really really wouldn't mind curling up on the couch with a blanket and watching this movie with the babes back home. because lets face it. hawaii does NOT feel like christmas at all and back home it does. and i'm sure in the coming weeks this will be watched multiple times at home.

speaking of....i miss these people. a lot.
